The Foundation of the Valencian Community for a Low Carbon Economy

The Low Carbon Economy Foundation (LCEF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 2014 and located in La Vall d’Uixó, Valencian Community, Spain. Its mission is to participate in creating a society based on a low-carbon economy, facilitating processes of transformation towards intelligent and sustainable development. The main goal of the Foundation is to promote training and education, as well as dissemination, demonstration, mentoring, funding, consultancy, and comprehensive management towards a low-carbon economy model. LCEF’s members are professionals in education, sustainability, and the environment, and they have an extensive network of Vocational Education and Training (VET) educational centers, green enterprises, eco-associations, and youth organizations.


At Dialòguia, we accompany and support entities, organizations, and public administrations in the development of their social mission. We generate knowledge and learning by creating spaces for dialogue and reflection, with the purpose of increasing the impact of their actions by integrating the dimensions of sustainability and a rights-based approach. Furthermore, we also conduct evaluations and establish baselines for these projects. This allows us to measure progress and ensure that our efforts are effectively contributing towards the intended social impact. Our goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning, ensuring that our partners are equipped to make informed decisions and create meaningful, lasting change.

Strategia Netherlands

Strategia Netherlands is an international organization whose mission is to strengthen the effectiveness of development and humanitarian action. This is achieved through the development and implementation of high quality consultancy projects and the provision of innovative capacity building solutions to United Nations (UN) agencies, governments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of the whole world.

EPALTE Professional School of Alte, CIPRL

“EPALTE is a non-profit private educational institution that provides a public service in education and training, primarily through the offering of dual vocational education and training courses in the non-higher education sector. It is part of the network of training entities of the National Qualifications System. By being part of this network, it aligns with the objectives of the mentioned National System, particularly due to its nature as a Professional School.
The School embodies a Project of Educational Innovation and Flexibility, where the courses offered respond to the needs of the business network in the context of regional development. This Educational Project, embodied in the Cândido Guerreiro Professional School, has as its central objective to equip students from various courses with technical and professional skills that allow them to enter the job market quickly and adequately.”

Stichting Onderwijs Midden Limburg (SOML)

SOML stands for Stichting Onderwijs Midden-Limburg and comprises 7 different secondary education and Nt2 schools spread across 8 locations. With approximately 950 employees, it provides appropriate and challenging education to over 7000 students. At SOML, the diversity of students is recognised by allowing them to choose their own educational path. SOML’s staff supports and motivates students in their personal learning journeys, preparing them for the future and challenging traditional educational standards. Each of SOML’s schools has its own identity and approach, offering students and parents varied educational options. SOML strives to go beyond the conventional, offering innovative educational programs such as Agora, Technasium, and bilingual education. Despite the successes, SOML remains committed to continuous improvement and providing exceptional education to students.

ASPEA Asociación Portuguesa de Educación Ambiental

The Portuguese Association for Environmental Education (ASPEA) is a non-profit Non-Governmental Environmental Organization (NGEO), founded in June 1990, with the main objective of developing Environmental Education in both formal and non-formal education. To achieve its goal, the organization implements various strategies, such as annual conferences for educators, seminars, and training courses, establishing school networks nationally and internationally, developing educational resources, organizing excursions and summer programs for youth, collaborating with local authorities, and promoting their activities through specialized magazines and participation in national and international congresses. Additionally, they publish a semiannual newsletter to keep the community informed about their initiatives in environmental education. These actions demonstrate their dedication to promoting environmental awareness and education among children and youth.

Instituto de Educación Secundaria BOTÀNIC CAVANILLES

BOTÀNIC CAVANILLES is an Institute of Secondary Education founded in 1952. Located in La Vall d’Uixó, it operates within an economic landscape primarily shaped by the tile industry, which is currently facing significant challenges due to the ongoing crisis. The institute is currently staffed with 100 teachers and 5 administrative and service personnel. In total, 819 students are enrolled at the institution, including 414 students pursuing Vocational Education and Training programs at initial, intermediate, and advanced levels.
The educational offerings at IES Botànic Cavanilles encompass a wide range of options, such as Compulsory Secondary Education and various Baccalaureate programs in Humanities, Social Sciences, and Scientific-Technological fields. Additionally, the institute provides Basic VET programs in Administrative Services and Electricity and Electronics, Intermediate VET in Administrative Management, Intermediate VET in Telecommunications, Installations, Electromechanics of Motor Vehicles, and Bodywork, as well as Upper VET in Administration and Finance, Upper VET in Automation and Industrial Robotics, and Automotive studies.
